
Jennifer Ale-Jathar, Esq

Jennifer Ale was born and raised in Miami, Florida. As the daughter of immigrants from Cuba and Chile, she has witnessed the complexities and emotional entanglements that accompany the American immigration journey since she was a young child. Jennifer graduated from St. Brendan High School in 2001 and began her university career at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida. She graduated from there Magna Cum Laude in 2005 majoring in Marketing and minoring in Political Science studies.
Jennifer then attended the Florida International University, College of Law. During law school, Jennifer served as Vice President of the South American Law Association and was a member of the Entertainment Law Association. In 2008 and 2009, Jennifer was part of the first Immigrant Children’s Justice clinic in the FIU College of Law. This group vigorously fought to help numerous unaccompanied minors who were abused, abandoned, or neglected in their native countries achieve legal status in the United States. In May of 2009, Ms. Ale received her juris doctorate as part of the FIU College of Law’s fifth graduating class.
In August of 2008, Jennifer became a part of the William Sanchez, P.A. team. In September 2009, she was formally accepted as a member of the Florida Bar.
