OPTION #A IMMIGRATION HEARING DEFENSE SUPPLEMENT A- $39.00 (To represent individual if he or she is detained in the future).

PLAN DETAILS OF IMMIGRATION HEARING DEFENSE SUPPLEMENT:

Immigration defense hearings can be expensive and time consuming and you never know when you might need legal help to defend yourself in court should Immigration Customs and Enforcement “ICE” pick you up and detain you or a loved one. That’s why Immigration Protection Plan offers a supplement to your legal plan providing more hearing coverage in the event that you are picked up or detained by ICE. The following provides a general overview of what our Immigration Defense Supplement offers.

WHO’S COVERED UNDER OPTION A :

● The enrolled member

If a member is detained and the member has paid for less than 12 months, there will be a 20% reduction of the regular legal fees. If a member has paid the monthly premium for 12 months and up to 23 months, 30% reduction of the regular legal fees will be appropriated to the member. If a member is on their
24t h month, a 40% legal fee deduction will be appropriated and so forth as demonstrated by the following:

Less than 12 month’s premium payments- 20% discount 12 months to 23 months- 30% discount
24 months to 35 months- 40% discount
35 months to 60 months- 50% discount

After 60 months of continuous payment to the plan, a new contract with new terms will be negotiated and executed with IPP

OPTION #B ELIGIBILITY FOR ADJUSTMENT OF LEGAL STATUS SUPPLEMENT B – $39.00

PLAN DETAILS OF MEMBER’S ELIGIBILITY FOR ADJUSTMENT OF LEGAL STATUS SUPPLEMENT:

● Assessments of Eligibility for Adjustment of Legal status should a member meet all the criteria for a specific visa, such as: marriage, petition of relative that becomes current through I-130, employment based petition or if a new law passes etc.

WHO’S COVERED UNDER OPTION B:

● The enrolled member

(ASSESTMENT OF ELIGIBILITY AND COVERAGE SHOULD MEMBER MEET ALL CRITERIA FOR A SPECIFIC VISA)

A legal process will be provided for the member and appropriate discounted rate of the eligible visa will be charged separately to the member. For detailed information, please refer to the detailed discounted Attorney’s Fee list provided when a member selects this additional supplement.

a) Supplement B(1)- $39.99 (If member entered legally

b) Supplement B(2)- $59.99 (If member entered without inspection (EWI)

If a member opts out on the above option A or option B, a 10% discount will be applied towards the legal fees if the member has been paying the basic premium for less than 24 months. A 20% discount of the legal fees will be applied towards legal fees if a member is on their 24 to 60 months this is only applicable for active and uninterrupted paid membership in the program.

Family Plan: $129.99 Monthly : includes member, spouse and 1 child (maximum of 3 members) additional dependents $49.00 monthly.
